The upcoming SUV, built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, is designed to leverage excise benefits for the sub-4-meter size, with the cost savings to be passed on to customers. The company aims to tap into the largest segment in India offering global standards at competitive prices by incorporating localized parts and components.
Built with sustainability in mind, Skoda Auto Volkswagen India's new Parts Expedition Center in Chakan, Pune, will facilitate the export of CKD parts for assembly in Vietnam.
