New Delhi: Suzuki Motor Corporation has unveiled its fourth-generation global model, the all-new Swift Hybrid. First showcased as Swift Concept at the Japan Mobility show in Tokyo in October 2023, the vehicle is set to hit the roads of the UK and the Republic of Ireland in April 2024.

Boasting of a stylish exterior design within its compact frame, measuring just 3,860mm long, the Swift offers exceptional visibility, a spacious cabin, and ample luggage space. Suzuki aimed to craft a hatchback that embodies the essence of the brand while incorporating cutting-edge technology, the company said.

Specification highlights: The Swift Hybrid comes packed with standard features across its Motion and Ultra grades. These include 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps, navigation, rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, Adaptive Cruise Control, wireless smartphone link display audio, keyless entry & start, Driver Monitoring System, Dual Sensor Brake Support (upgraded), Lane Departure Warning and Weaving Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Monitor, and enhanced Traffic Sign Recognition.

The Ultra grade adds 16-inch polished alloy wheels, automatic air conditioning, rear passenger heater outlet, and electric folding door mirrors with integrated side turn indicators.

Offered in eight metallic colors with optional dual-tone variants featuring either a Black Pearl or Grey metallic roof, the Swift's exterior exudes sophistication. Notably, the development team paid meticulous attention to crafting the vibrant Frontier Blue Pearl Metallic and Burning Red Pearl Metallic shades.

Exterior and interior design: With blacked-out pillars creating a floating roof illusion and a sleek piano-black front grille, the Swift radiates a modern aesthetic. Inside, a dual-tone design with center controls angled towards the driver sets the stage for a sophisticated driving experience. The prominent nine-inch infotainment display adds a touch of luxury to the cabin.
